Urgently Require HR-Trainee/Recruiter in Zirakpur

Eligibility Criteria :

• Preferably a female candidate with Min. Graduation or MBA/PG
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in Tele-calling & attending day to day queries
• Knowledge of job portals & lead generation
• Should be able to do recruitments within deadlines
• Basic knowledge of computers e.g. Ms-word, excel, Powerpoint & Internet

Job responsibilities-

• Making calls to candidate’s & check suitability
• Lead generation through social media & job portals
• Taking Interviews of candidates
• Tie-up with new organizations & corporate for Recruitment
• Managing interview schedules & taking feedbacks from HR’s/Clients
• Should be able to follow & maintain discipline in official premises
• Explore & Develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain Database as per instructions
• Training & development

Salary – 12,000/- to 18,000/- + incentives (depending upon skills & experience)
